- Monday – Baked potato soup, BLTs
- Tuesday – Sausage, cabbage, and apple skillet, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce
- Wednesday – Sticky Chicken, baked sweet potatoes, green beans
- Thursday – Chicken and dumplings, tossed salad
- Friday – Linguini with clam sauce, sauteed zucchini
- Saturday – We’re going out, my sister is getting married! Congrats Steph!
- Sunday – Roast beef, pan roasted vegetables and potatoes

I don’t usually add the peas and carrots to my mince & tatties. Totally up to you! It’s easy, yummy AND cheap!

I like your menu plan for this week because it has a lot of variety in it. I have always wanted to try baked potato soup, so if you have a good recipe for it, I would love to use it. 🙂

My plan is to get the recipe posted sometime today. It all depends on how long I have to stand in line at the polls. 🙂
The pictures have been taken and the mess has been cleaned up, those are the hard parts. For some reason I am extra messy when I’m taking pictures for the site.
