- Friday – Grilled tilapia with aioli, pilaf, grilled Brussels sprouts
- Saturday – Pizza night
- Sunday – Roast beef, parslied potatoes, wilted spinach with garlic

mmmm…grilled brussels sprouts? That sounds DELICIOUS! Do you do them in a basket?
I do it the same way I do the asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, a little kosher salt, and finish with some cracked black pepper.
I’ve even done it with frozen sprouts with good results. Fresh is best, but I use what I have.
Just wondering how long your family will let you get by with soup for supper. I can only pull it off when the weather is frightfully cold, otherwise my husband thinks it’s a sissy’s supper. You are blessed to still be doing soup in May!
